Schools go Smart for SCRIB30/10/2009
Congratulations to Malpas Primary School in Newport and Drayton Infant School in Norwich, who have both been awarded SCRIB Smart status, a new recognition from SCRIB for schools committed to recycling.
To qualify schools must have completed the following:
Endorsed by Woking FC, Yes You Can is offering a winning school pupil a prize of:
1. The school recycles steel and another material
2. The school has completed a SCRIB learning workshop
3. The school has introduced an aspect around the environment to the school
4. The school has an active recycling policy, and as such is a recycling ambassador in the local community
Further schools will be completing their SCRIB Smart accreditations this term, so please check for news at www.scrib.org.
